I’m Tristan, a licensed therapist (LCSW) in the state of Florida specializing in trauma and anxiety for adults navigating early adulthood. I provide a holistic, compassionate approach, integrating talk therapy, eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, coping strategies, and animal-assisted therapy,
